A special outdoor homecoming concert by singer-songwriter Passenger at Hove Park in Brighton.
It is always interesting when an artist returns to the place where they started out, and that is exactly what is happening this September. Mike Rosenberg, better known as Passenger, has announced a homecoming show at Hove Park on Sunday, 6th September 2026. For those who have followed his career from his early days playing on the streets of Brighton to his global success with tracks like 'Let Her Go' and the album All The Little Lights, this outdoor performance feels like a full-circle moment. It is a significant date for the city, especially given that the event is being presented by JOY. Concerts in partnership with BBC Radio Sussex.

If you are planning to head down, the logistics are fairly straightforward. The gates are scheduled to open at 14:00, giving everyone plenty of time to settle in before the music starts. While Passenger is the main feature, the organisers have noted that the supporting acts are still to be announced, so the full lineup is currently a work in progress. The event is open to those aged 14 and over, though it is worth keeping in mind that anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are currently priced at £57.75. The primary platform handling the sales is DICE, which is the recommended route for securing your spot. Given the nature of the venue and the scale of the artist, it is a fairly standard setup for an outdoor show of this size. It is a chance to see a multi-platinum artist who has released 16 studio albums perform in an open-air setting right here in Brighton, rather than travelling further afield. Whether you have been listening to his music since the early days or just appreciate a live show in the park, the date is set for early September.
