Matt Bennett's Party101 brings a live pop-culture party to Brighton, an interactive dance experience with throwback hits from the late 2000s and early 2010s.
Matt Bennett brings Party101 to the Brighton Centre on Wednesday 30 September, with doors opening at 6:30pm. It's a night built around the soundtracks of Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, the kind of music that defined the late 2000s and early 2010s. If you spent your childhood with those channels on in the background, you'll recognise the songs as soon as they start.
Bennett describes it as more than a DJ set: an interactive dance experience with throwback hits, crowd moments, surprises and nostalgia, all designed to let you relive the soundtrack of that era. It started as a celebration of the music and culture that shaped a generation and has since grown into a global phenomenon, with Bennett touring it around the world and building an international fanbase. This Brighton date is part of an expanding UK and Europe tour.
There's a bit of a story behind the man on the decks, too. Matt Bennett is an actor, musician and DJ who played Robbie Shapiro on Victorious, so he's coming from inside the very world the night celebrates. He's the one who put Party101 together, and he's the one running the night.

On the practical side, the standing area is 14+, so it's a night for the younger crowd and the older ones who grew up with these songs. Seating is also available if you'd rather watch from a chair, and there's a limit of six tickets per person. Doors open at 6:30pm at the Brighton Centre.
