Pre-Pride warm-up party with drag performances, DJ sets and karaoke at Ironworks Studios, with an after-party until midnight.
Party Bag returns to Ironworks Studios on Friday 31 July as the official pre-Pride warm-up party. It's a mixed bill of drag, a DJ set, and karaoke in the bar, and it runs from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with doors opening at 7:00 pm.
On the drag side, RAINNE is billed as the diva of flip cup and is the one who puts together the party's posters. Joining her is KARMA, making a Party Bag debut, and Jodi Summer, described as a musical goddess and Brighton Diva. Between the performances, DJ Dan keeps the music going, and there's karaoke running in the bar for whenever you fancy a turn.
Once the main show wraps at 10:30 pm, the night carries on as an after-party across two rooms, which runs until midnight. So if you're not ready to call it a night when the drag finishes, there's plenty of room to keep going.
