Acclaimed musician Midge Ure performs his 'A Man Of Two Worlds' tour, featuring a cinematic live experience with a mix of classic tracks and new material.
Midge Ure is bringing his 'A Man Of Two Worlds' tour to the Brighton Dome on 23 November 2026. The show is structured in two distinct halves, mirroring the design of his latest album, which was released on 8 May 2026. This record features eight instrumental pieces alongside eight vocal tracks, and the live performance is designed to reflect that balance. Rather than a standard set of greatest hits, the show is presented as a continuous, cinematic experience. Ure has noted that he wanted to explore the instrumental side of his work more deeply, which has been a recurring element in his music over the last four decades, and this tour serves as the platform for that exploration.

If you are planning to head down to the Dome, the doors open at 19:15, with the performance starting at 20:00. It is a fully seated event, which provides a different atmosphere compared to a standing gig. Tickets are priced at £53.25, £49.75, and £45.75. If you book online or over the phone, there is an additional £3.50 charge per order, though this fee is waived for Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival members. Regarding age restrictions, the venue requires anyone under 14 to be accompanied by an adult.
For those familiar with his career, Ure’s background spans his time with Slik, The Rich Kids, Visage, and Ultravox, as well as his work on 'Do They Know It’s Christmas?' and his involvement in Live Aid. This tour represents a shift in focus for him, moving away from the traditional concert format to present something that functions more like a narrative. It is an opportunity to see how he integrates his newer material with the classic tracks that many listeners will recognise, all within the specific acoustic setting of the Brighton Dome.
