A free party with live bands and DJs, for friends, dance fans and students. 18+.
Two Pounds Down are the main feature of the next Mega Heels night at The Hope & Ruin on Thursday 3 September. Mega Heels is the night run by Arfa and Eva, and they've billed this one as a blowout party with live bands filling the room and DJs keeping the bar going. It's a free entry, so it's as easy a mid-week one as you'll find.
Two Pounds Down take the main slot, and the night is built around the live bands taking the floor while the DJs keep things moving around them. It's a free party, and the whole thing is aimed at friends, dance fans and students, so it's the kind of night that works just as well if you're there for the music as if you're just out with a group. The DJs stay on the go, and the live bands fill the room, so there's plenty to keep you occupied whether you're on the dancefloor or hanging back at the bar.

One thing to keep in mind: entry is restricted to over-18s, so make sure you've got ID on you if you're on the younger end of that. The Hope & Ruin is at 11-12 Queens Rd, BN1 3WA, right in the heart of Brighton, and doors open at 7:00 PM. It's free entry, so you can just turn up on the night.
