Arthur Lee's band performs classic songs from the album Forever Changes, marking its 60th anniversary, with Baby Lemonade and support from Wednesday Week.
Love are playing Concorde 2 on Friday 28 May 2027, as part of a tour marking the 60th anniversary of Forever Changes. The band will perform the album in full, and the set doesn't stop there — they'll also draw on the wider catalogue, including Love, Da Capo and Four Sail.
It's a particular kind of anniversary. Forever Changes came out in 1967, and this tour puts the whole thing on stage. The band is fronted by founding member and guitarist Johnny Echols, who was Arthur Lee's longest-serving bandmate. Joining him on stage is Baby Lemonade, who played with Lee from 1993 until his death in 2006.
There's a recent live record to hold onto before the tour: Love And Let Live, released on Record Store Day in April 2026. It's a recording from the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland during their 2025 US tour, so it gives you a sense of how they've been playing these songs live lately.

Support comes from Wednesday Week, a Los Angeles band that emerged in the early 1980s amid the Paisley Underground, led by sisters Kristi Callan on vocals and guitar and Kelly Callan on drums. The whole thing runs from 7:30pm to 10:30pm at Concorde 2 on Madeira Drive, and tickets are £26.
