Kemah Bob brings her debut stand-up show, Miss Fortunate, to Komedia on Saturday 3 April. It's the same show that sold out during its run at the Edinburgh Fringe and went on to be named one of The Guardian's Top 10 Comedy Shows of 2024, so it's a good bet if you're looking for something that's already been properly road-tested.
If you haven't come across her yet, Bob is a regular on the panel circuit. She's appeared on QI, Richard Osman's House of Games, Jonathan Ross' Comedy Club, Comedy Central Live, Don't Hate The Playaz and Guessable. You'll also find her on the podcast side of things: Off Menu, The Guilty Feminist, James Acaster's Perfect Sounds, Springleaf and Brett Goldstein's Films To Be Buried With. She's toured as support for Hannah Gadsby, Nish Kumar and Desiree Burch, and she hosts the FOC IT UP comedy club and podcast.

Miss Fortunate is directed by Desiree Burch and Sarah Chew, and it's the debut hour that's put her on the map. The venue is Komedia, over in the North Laine, which has been Brighton's main live entertainment spot for just under 30 years. The show starts at 19:30, and tickets are £18.60.
