Kate Dolan brings her award-winning stand-up show 'Trout' to Brighton, fresh off sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
Kate Dolan brings her stand-up show Trout to the Brighton Dome Studio Theatre on Sunday 27 June 2027. It's a full hour of comedy, and it arrives here after sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
The show has picked up two awards along the way: the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Directors' Choice Award 2026 and the Edinburgh Fringe Skinny-Fest Breakthrough Award 2025. Critics have called it a "powerhouse of an hour" and "irrepressibly funny", with some drawing comparisons to Jim Carrey. It's presented by Avalon UK and is suitable for ages 14 and over.
