K Motionz is playing Quarters on Friday 6 November, bringing his brand of drum and bass to the Kings Road. He's one of the more talked-about names in UK drum and bass right now, known for a signature blend of uncompromising basslines, razor-sharp production and high-energy sets.
His shows lean on a mix of dancefloor weapons, deep rollers and exclusive dubplates that keep the room moving. If you're not familiar with the terminology, the dancefloor weapons are the big, peak-time tracks, the deep rollers are the heavier, more stripped-back grooves, and the dubplates are the unreleased tracks he plays out before they're officially put out.
