For those familiar with Jim Jones’ previous work—whether through Thee Hypnotics, Black Moses, The Jim Jones Revue, or Jim Jones & The Righteous Mind—this project continues that trajectory. The current lineup features Gavin Jay on bass, Elliot Mortimer on keys, Carlton Mounsher on guitar, Aidan Sinclair on drums, and Ali Jones on backing vocals, with Stuart Dace and Tom Hodges handling the saxophone section. Their sound is often described as a mix of primal rock & roll, garage, and soul, which they have been touring to support their 2026 album, CAT FIGHT. This record, released via Silver Arrow Records, was produced by Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes and consists of 12 new tracks.
Tickets for the night are priced at ÂŁ22.00 and are available through See Tickets. Given the venue's size, it is the kind of space where you can get a clear view of the stage, which fits the band's style of performance. Whether you are already a fan of their specific brand of rhythm and blues or just interested in seeing a live show in a local venue, the logistics are straightforward. It is a standard gig setup in one of the city's established spots for live music, offering a direct way to hear the new material from CAT FIGHT in person.
