Isthmian League: Whitehawk Vs Maldon & Tiptree

Whitehawk take on Maldon & Tiptree at the McLaren Enclosed Ground on Saturday 13 March, a matchday 36 clash in the Isthmian League Premier Division. It's a Saturday afternoon fixture, kick-off at 15:00, so you'll be clear by mid-afternoon with your whole evening still ahead of you.

There's a bit of history to this one that goes back further than you might expect. The two sides have a head-to-head record that stretches back over a decade: Maldon & Tiptree won 2-1 on 12 September, and the clubs drew 0-0 twice in October 2011. It's a fixture with some long-term familiarity behind it, rather than a first-time meeting.

Coming into matchday 36, the game sits deep into the season, when every point starts to carry more weight. The McLaren Enclosed Ground holds 2,000, so there's plenty of room to get close to the action without it feeling like a squeeze.

If you're heading down, the ground is at TerraPura Ground East, Park, Wilson Avenue, Brighton, BN2 5TS. Kick-off is 15:00, and the match should run through to around 16:30.
