A full-scale rock concert experience recreating the drama and intensity of Meat Loaf's legendary live performances, built around the 50th anniversary of 'Bat Out of Hell'.
Heaven Can Wait comes to the Gladstone Theatre on Saturday 8 May 2027, with the show starting at 7:30pm. It's a Meat Loaf concert experience rather than a tribute band, and it's built around the 50th anniversary of Bat Out of Hell, the 1977 album that redefined rock theatre.
On stage, the vocals are led by Lee Brady, backed by a band of UK rock musicians and female rock vocalists. The set recreates the drama and intensity of Meat Loaf's live performances with a full-scale production, taking in anthems like 'Bat Out of Hell', 'Paradise by the Dashboard Light', 'I'd Do Anything for Love', 'You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth', 'Two Out of Three Ain't Bad' and 'Dead Ringer for Love'.

It's a long one, too — the show runs about two hours and twenty minutes, including the interval, so you've got a full evening's worth of music. Tickets are £29.00 plus fees, and doors open 45 minutes before the 7:30pm start.
