One-night Halloween social deduction game in which players compete in challenges and decide who gets 'slayed' at Revenge Nightclub.
Halloween Slayers runs at Revenge Nightclub on Saturday 31 October, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. It's a three-hour live social deduction game, and it only happens on Halloween night itself, so there's no second chance if you miss it.
The game is set around a council infiltrated by vampires. You'll spend the evening competing in challenges, gathering information, and forming alliances with the other players, all while trying to figure out who's who. The whole thing builds to the point where you have to decide who gets 'slayed'. If you've played Blood on the Clocktower, Werewolf, The Traitors, Secret Millionaire or Taskmaster, you'll recognise the DNA here: it's about deduction, hidden roles, and a bit of social maneuvering, played out in person rather than around a table.
It's an original Pier Pressure production, the same team behind Pier Pressure Escape Rooms. They've got other immersive work going on in the city, too: The Slayers is set in the haunted Preston Manor, and they do Christmas things like a Father Christmas Grotto and Storytime with Father Christmas at the Royal Pavilion. They're clear that this one is their own independent production and isn't affiliated with any TV show, board game or third-party brand.
