Stand-up comedy show Full Fat Legend by Greg Davies, star of Taskmaster and The Inbetweeners.
Greg Davies is coming to Komedia on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 December, two nights of stand-up in the middle of the week. The show is called Full Fat Legend, and it's billed as his biggest live tour yet.
Most of us know him from the screen rather than the stage. He's the towering presence at the head of the table in Taskmaster, and he played the formidable Mr Gilbert in The Inbetweeners. Beyond those, he's been across a fair few other series: The Cleaner, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Man Down and Cuckoo. If you've only ever seen him in one or two of those, there's plenty more to catch up on before he lands in Brighton.
Seeing him live is a different thing entirely. While the TV roles often lean into that imposing, slightly menacing energy he's so good at, the stand-up is where he does his own thing. Full Fat Legend is the latest tour, and with two dates in the city, you've got a choice of nights. Both start at 19:30, so it's a standard mid-week evening out rather than a late one.
