Grassroots: Brighton's Most Wanted DJs

Grassroots is hosting Brighton's Most Wanted DJs on Friday 6 November, a night presented by Patterns that brings together six of the city's local names. The line-up is Hat-e, co.UK, Polar, Haze, Treadz, and Twopint, all from the local scene. The night is framed as a prediction of the next breakthrough names in Brighton's dance music, so it's a good chance to catch a few of them before they move on to bigger stages.

Grassroots is billed as the most recognised grassroots venue in Brighton, built with a community-focused purpose to showcase the depth of the local dance music scene and explore its different roots. This night fits right into that: it's a free-entry party featuring some of the city's biggest local brands and artists, with the line-up presented as a look at who's coming up next. The whole thing is presented by Patterns, so it's part of the same family of nights you'll find around the city.

It kicks off at 23:00 at Grassroots, 10 Marine Parade, BN2 1TL. Entry is free before midnight, and £5 after that, so if you want to get in without paying, you'll want to be there early. Last entry is 3am, which gives you plenty of room to stay late. It's an over-18s night, so keep that in mind before you head down.
