Alt-rock and slow-core band Glasshouse Red Spider Mite perform live at The Prince Albert in Brighton.
Glasshouse Red Spider Mite are playing at The Prince Albert on 20 September 2026. The band, which features Alex, Benji, and Ethan alongside Cesca, formed right here in Brighton. They’ve spent the last while touring across the UK and Europe, building up their live experience with a series of dates. This touring schedule has included a performance at the End of The Road Festival, which has been part of their recent history. Their sound is a blend of alt-rock and slow-core, characterised by a melancholic and expansive approach to songwriting. You can hear this style on their debut EP, What Do You Mean The Monster? ... Hahaha. The EP captures the material they’ll be bringing to the stage, offering a look at the sound they have developed since forming, and it’s their return to a local stage after their time on the road.
