Get Down! Take Two

Get Down! returns to Komedia on Saturday 17 October, the newest club night in Brighton. It's a vinyl-only night, with the DJs spinning mod, R&B, garage, psych and northern soul — all on original records. If you're into that sort of thing, it's a fair bit of ground to cover in one evening.

This edition is billed as 'Get Down! Take Two', and it's a step up from the first. They're bringing in more DJs and a longer run, with the music going from 9pm straight through to 2am. It's a standing club night, so you'll be on your feet for the whole of it, and it's for ages 18 and over only.

It's held at Komedia Studio, 44-47 Gardner Street, BN1 1UN. Doors open at 9pm, and the music keeps going until 2am, so there's plenty of room to settle in. Tickets start from £8.
