High-energy drum and bass night featuring DJ and producer Anaïs alongside Particle at the Quarters venue.
Anaïs is taking over Quarters on Friday 4 December for Free the Rave, a drum and bass night that runs from 23:00 until 04:00. She's the main draw, and Particle is on the bill with her.
If you haven't come across her yet, Anaïs is a Bristol-raised DJ and producer who's built a name on high-energy sets and heavy production. She's a former resident at Lakota and a core member of Invicta Audio, and she's played some of the scene's bigger stages, including Boomtown's Origin stage. Her production has led her to work with Hospital Records and, most recently, to sign to UKF.
What sets her apart is how she works across different tempos. Her sound moves freely between high-velocity drum and bass, darker UK bass, 140, dubstep and halftime, so the set isn't just one speed held for five hours. It's that range that's made her one of the more exciting names coming through the scene, and it's exactly what Free the Rave is built around.
