Freak of Nature Comedy

Freak of Nature Comedy is back at The Caxton Arms on Friday 16 October, one of several Friday nights they're running across the autumn and winter. It's a free comedy night, and this particular date sits in the middle of a run that stretches from September through to December.

The format is straightforward: six established comedians from the South Coast and beyond, each taking their turn on stage. They aren't testing out new material here; the bill is built around their best stuff, so you're getting the sets they've already polished rather than a first-draft open mic. With six acts in one night, the line-up changes from week to week, which is why it's worth keeping an eye on the different dates if you're around for more than one.

It's a Friday night in Brighton, and the Caxton Arms is just off the seafront at 36 North Gardens, BN1 3LB. The comedy runs from 20:00 to 22:30, so it's a good length for a night out without running too late into the early hours. If you can't make the 16th, they've got other dates on the same night: Friday 18 September, Friday 13 November, and Friday 18 December, all at the same venue and time.

Entry is free, so you can just turn up and settle in. The show runs from 20:00 to 22:30 at The Caxton Arms, 36 North Gardens, Brighton, BN1 3LB.
