Football for Adults with Learning Disabilities is running on Wednesday mornings at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre, with sessions on 15, 22, and 29 July. It's an indoor, inclusive football session for adults with a learning disability and/or autism, run in partnership with VYD and Improving Lives Through Football.
The sessions are led by a qualified coach and split into two parts: fun, skills-based work to get everyone moving, followed by friendly games. It's designed to be accessible and welcoming, so it works whether you're just starting out or you've played before. If you need one-to-one support, you'll need to bring a carer along with you.

It's a regular thing rather than a one-off, so you can come along for a single morning or stick with it across the three dates. The sessions run on Wednesdays at 10:00, and the venue is Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre on Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton, BN2 4PB. Each session costs ยฃ5.00.
