Celebrate Father's Day at The Terrace with mini golf, Cornhole, giant games, and a variety of street food and drinks.
Father's Day is coming up quickly, and if you're looking for something low-key but fun for the family, there's an event happening at The Terrace. It’s called the Father's Day Fun Day, scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026, running from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The Terrace itself is that relatively new leisure and fan zone space at the American Express Stadium (BHAFC Conference & Events, Village Way, Brighton, BN1 9BL). It officially opened in April 2025 and is designed to handle large crowds, boasting a covered capacity of up to 1,000 guests, which expands to 3,000 when the outdoor space is utilized. It sounds like a great spot to spend a few hours without feeling cramped.

The focus of the day is definitely games and good vibes, making it ideal for families with children. They’ve lined up a bunch of activities that should keep everyone busy for the three hours. The main attractions seem to be the 9-hole Mini Golf course and Cornhole (the bean bag toss game). Beyond those, they are also setting up classics like Giant Jenga, Connect 4, and Skittles. Interestingly, they are also including axe throwing, but don't worry—it's the plastic, child-friendly version, which sounds like a good laugh for all ages.
Since the event runs right over lunchtime, they have a full licensed bar and a decent street food setup planned. The food options are quite varied: you can grab burgers and hotdogs from BITES by Steven Edwards, chicken dishes from Lost Boys Chicken, or check out the rotating concept Loaded, which is starting with flatbreads like Barbacoa Beef and Greek Chicken. For something sweeter, Melts offers toasted sandwiches, shakes, and donuts. Drink-wise, they stock Heineken, Cruzcampo, and the local favourite, Harvey's. If you decide to go, tickets are required for entry. An Adult ticket is £10, a Child ticket is £7.50, and they offer a Family ticket for £30. It looks like a solid, straightforward option for celebrating the day without too much fuss.
