Erasure - A Celebration comes to Ironworks Studios on Friday 25 September, an acoustic tribute to the music of Erasure. The night is built around a live set that reimagines the band's greatest hits and fan favourites in an unplugged format, with Paul Diello, Ry Byron and Mike Bickers on the bill. It's a stripped-back take on songs that usually lean on synthesised production, so the focus shifts to the melodies and the lyrics.
The music is only the first part of the evening. Once the live set wraps up, there's an Erasure quiz with a prize up for grabs, and then an Erasure disco in the bar that runs from 10:00pm until midnight, so the night stretches well beyond the main performance. If you're coming for the songs, you'll likely stay for the quiz and the dancing that follows.
Ironworks Studios is Brighton's home for drag cabaret, burlesque and stand-up comedy, and this night is part of its 'Pride at the Ironworks' series, which celebrates LGBTQ+ culture and diversity. The show is recommended for ages 16 and over, with under-18s needing to be accompanied by an adult.

Doors open at 7:00pm, and the main show runs from 8:00pm to 10:30pm, with the disco continuing until midnight. Tickets are £14 earlybird, £16 general admission, £33 for a table of two, and £60 for a table of four. You'll find the venue at 30 Cheapside, Brighton BN1 4GD.
