Stand-up show 'Remains' by Ed Night, a two-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee, at the Studio Theatre in Brighton Dome.
Ed Night brings his new show, Remains, to the Brighton Dome on Thursday 1 April 2027. It's part of his 2027 live comedy tour, which runs from 10 March to 29 April, so this is one of the few dates he'll be playing in the city.
The hour-long set follows a string of hospital appointments and a stint in the writer's cage of what he calls the only comedy TV show left in the country, and it draws on the absurdities of everyday life. Night describes himself as a 'people's comedian and serial loser', and Remains is the brand new show he's taking on the road this year.
He's a two-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee, and when he's not on stage he writes for Saturday Night Live UK's 'Weekend Update' and has been heard on Comedy Central and BBC Radio 4. The critics have been pretty consistent about him, too: Chortle called him 'bafflingly underrated' and the British Comedy Guide went with 'criminally underrated'. He's spoken about the feeling of being back on the road, saying he loves stepping out onto the stage of a new comedy club, a black box theatre or an old proscenium-arched pile.
