Indie-rock gig by Dylan Flynn & The Dead Poets, presented by Psychedelia. This is an 16+ event.
Dylan Flynn & The Dead Poets play The Prince Albert on Monday 12 October, part of their Raging of the Night Tour. They're an eight-piece indie-rock band from Limerick, Ireland, and this is a 16+ night presented by Psychedelia.
They've built their sound on a mix of heart-on-sleeve pop openness and a DIY drive rooted in personal experience. It's a big line-up for a band—eight people on stage—and that full sound has pulled in millions of streams and sold-out headline shows across the UK and Ireland. They've played SXSW in Austin and shared stages with NewDad, The Darkness and Kingfishr, so they're well used to playing for different kinds of crowds.
Their music has drawn comparisons to The War On Drugs, Gang Of Youths, Radiohead and Springsteen, and they've spent the last couple of years working on new material, which they self-produced and released in 2024 and 2025. The Brighton date is part of the Raging of the Night Tour, and The Prince Albert is a room with a capacity of around 100, so it'll be a relatively small crowd for a band of this size.
