Live performance by a band playing the biggest Drum and Bass tunes, featuring mashups and high-energy tracks at Concorde 2.
Drum n Bass Band Live are performing at Concorde 2 on Thursday, 24 September 2026. It’s a live band setup, which is a departure from the standard DJ-led nights you usually find in the city. They are focusing on performing some of the biggest tunes in the Drum and Bass genre, aiming to translate the energy of studio tracks into a live performance environment. The band describes their set as a collection of hits from artists like Chase & Status and Shy FX, but they are also incorporating their own mashups and what they call "brain-melters" into the programme.

The musicians involved have a background that spans quite a few different areas of the industry, which is reflected in how they approach these arrangements. Individually, the members have worked with artists including Ella Henderson and Pixie Lott, and they have performed at major events like Glastonbury and at Buckingham Palace. Their professional experience is broad, extending into media and production with credits in Radio 1 Live Lounge sessions and Sky TV appearances. They also bring experience from orchestral, West End, and Disney productions, suggesting a high level of technical proficiency in how they handle these electronic tracks. It is an interesting mix of backgrounds coming together to focus on this specific sound, moving away from the typical club format to see how these tracks hold up when played by a full ensemble.
The show takes place at Concorde 2, which is located at Madeira Shelter Hall on Madeira Drive, Brighton (BN2 1EN). The venue has a capacity of 800 people, which should provide enough space for the crowd while keeping the performance intimate enough to hear the instrumentation clearly. The event is scheduled to run from 19:30 until 23:00. Tickets for the night are priced at £14.42.
