A daytime clubbing event featuring the greatest hits of the 20th century, created by Vicky McClure, Jonny Owen and Reverend & The Makers.
Day Fever is back at Concorde 2 on Saturday 3 October, starting at 15:00. It's a day-time clubbing event, which is exactly what the name suggests: the dancing happens in the afternoon rather than the middle of the night.
It was started by Vicky McClure, Jonny Owen and Reverend & The Makers, and has been touring the UK since it launched in 2024. They describe it as 'the day-time disco that doesn't ruin your Sunday', which is the whole point of the thing โ you get the clubbing experience and you're still home in time for a proper night's sleep, rather than waking up on Sunday afternoon with the day half gone.
There's no dress code, and they run it as a safe space, so you can turn up in whatever you're comfortable in. The music policy is the greatest hits of the 20th century, so the set is built around the big, familiar songs from the last hundred years rather than anything too niche or current. It's the kind of afternoon where the songs are ones you already know, and the timing means you don't have to trade your next morning for it.

Concorde 2 is on Madeira Drive, right by the seafront, so it's easy enough to get to. The session kicks off at 15:00 on Saturday 3 October, and because it's a day-time one, you'll be out and about while the sun is still up.
