A charity day rave featuring Leftfield (DJ Set) and Renegade Soundwave, raising funds for Tania Sansom's MS care.
If you’re looking for a proper way to shake off the lingering January blues—especially now that payday has arrived—there’s a significant day rave happening right here in Brighton that deserves attention. It’s called Dance for Tan, and it’s scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026. The location is the familiar Concorde 2, situated on Madeira Drive (BN2 1TL). The event is timed perfectly for an afternoon session, running from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., offering seven hours of music to help forget the forced sobriety and gloom of the month.

This isn't just a standard dance party; it’s a dedicated fundraiser. The entire purpose of Dance for Tan is to raise necessary funds for the ongoing care of Tania Sansom, a Brighton resident who is currently living with Multiple Sclerosis. Tania is the partner of Neil Barnes from Leftfield, which helps explain the impressive roster of talent showing up to support the cause. The lineup is already looking strong, featuring a special DJ set from Neil Barnes himself. We also get the hardcore legends Renegade Soundwave, who are using this show to mark the beginning of their activity for 2026.
Beyond those headliners, the bill is packed with established names like Jon Carter, Steve Mac, Carl Loben, EVL Tom, Mini Da Minx, Nickelle, Sarah Monument, Zoe Vice, Pattern Perception, and iFans, with organizers hinting that more artists are still to be announced. If you are planning to attend this day rave, remember that access is strictly limited to those over 18 years old. Tickets are currently available at an early bird price of just £10. It sounds like a solid way to spend a Saturday afternoon at Concorde 2, supporting a local cause while catching some serious electronic music talent.
