Baby-friendly stand-up comedy club for parents with babies under 15 months, with two acts plus a compere.
Bring Your Own Baby Comedy is back at Komedia on Tuesday 3 November, with doors opening at 11:15 and the show starting at 12:00. The line-up for this one is Andrew White and Ben Clover, hosted by Robyn Perkins. It's a daytime comedy club for adults over 16 and babies under 15 months, so you can bring your little one along rather than finding a sitter.
The whole thing is built around the idea of marrying comedy with parenthood, so you can get your life back and be seen as who you are rather than just your child's mother or father. The comedy stays firmly for grown-ups, which is why the youngest guests are limited to 15 months and why the comics are happy to be heckled by them. The room is fitted out for parents, too: soft flooring, buggy parking, baby changing, and a fully stocked bar, with a glass of wine allowed. The club won 'Best Mental Health Boost for New Parents' at the UK Enterprise Awards, and one parent described it as 'the maternity leave I've been looking forward to'.

Tickets are £13.50 per session, and the show is held in the Komedia Basement at Komedia Brighton, 44-47 Gardner Street, BN1 1UN, with the Regent Street entrance at BN1 1UL.
