A seasonal pop-up makers market featuring independent creative businesses, local producers and food treats in the heart of Brighton's North Laines.
Paper Daisy Events are bringing their makers market back to Jubilee Square on Saturday 5 September, and they've already got a second date lined up for Saturday 3 October. It's part of their seasonal run of pop-up markets that go from April through to October in the heart of central Brighton's North Laines.
Each edition is curated to bring together an outdoor marketplace of new, fresh and exclusive small independent creative businesses and local small-batch producers. The mix is meant to reflect a typical creative Brighton experience: you'll find emerging on-trend brands, often from local design students, alongside established makers and artists. There are also tasty treats from local producers on the day, so it's as much about the food as the craft. If you're into the city's independent scene, this is exactly the kind of thing that puts it on display in one place.

Jubilee Square is a Brighton Fringe site, sitting right next to the Jubilee Library, so it's easy to find in the centre. Beyond the markets, Paper Daisy Events also supports Chestnut Tree House, the children's charity. If you're planning to head down, the market runs from 10:30 to 17:00 on both dates, and entry is free.
