Boogaloo Stu returns with his anarchic, bawdy one-man bingo show, Big Quiffy Bingo, featuring flashmob dances and a gift hamper prize.
Boogaloo Stu is back at Ironworks Studios on Wednesday 29 July with Big Quiffy Bingo, his one-man bingo show. It's a bit of a return for him โ he ran a sell-out 2025 season at the Brighton Fringe Wundabarn and took it on a UK tour the following summer, and now he's bringing it back to the city.
If you've never seen him, the show is built around his stage persona, which runs from the towering tips of his perfectly coiffed quiff down to his bejewelled toes. He describes it as a playful and anarchic bingo experience where utter filth, joyous fun and flashmob dances collide, and the audience can win a gift hamper stuffed with exotic prizes. It's a long one, too: two and a half hours with an interval, so you're in for the whole evening rather than a quick turn.
There are a few things to keep in mind before you book. It's strictly 18 and over, and the sexual swearwords start right from the off, so it's not one to bring the kids or anyone who'd rather avoid the rougher side of things. As for where you sit, there are VIP tables of two and four alongside unreserved seating, so if you're going with a group and want a guaranteed spot together, the tables are the way to go.
