The evening is set to be hosted by Amaze patron, Angela Barnes, who will be introducing a strong lineup of stand-up talent. The bill features Laura Smyth, known for her appearances on shows like Live At The Apollo and Cats Does Countdown, alongside her work hosting the podcast Shouldn’t Laugh But. We’ll also see Jen Brister, a critically acclaimed stand-up and writer who is a regular fixture on the UK circuit, having been seen on BBC’s Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week. Rounding out the main features is Alistair Barrie, recognized internationally for his sharp, topical comedy, who has previously been nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Festival. It’s a solid roster of comedians known for their consistent quality.
If you plan on attending, standard tickets are priced at £25 per person. Amaze Compass cardholders can access a reduced rate of £22, applicable for up to two tickets per cardholder. It’s worth noting that the seating arrangement is UNRESERVED CABARET SEATING, so if you have a preference for where you sit, arriving when doors open might be wise. The venue will also have a snack menu available during the show. Just remember that this event has a strict age restriction of 16+, making it geared towards an adult audience.
