Stand-up debut show from Abi Clarke, following her viral online success and a sold-out Edinburgh Fringe run.
Abi Clarke brings her debut stand-up show, Role Model, to The Forge Comedy Club on Thursday 25 February 2027. It's her first full hour on stage, and it comes after a run at the Edinburgh Fringe that sold out.
If the name doesn't ring a bell, you've almost certainly come across her online. She's lived the modern internet comedy story: one video posted, a night's sleep, and she woke up to thousands of followers. Four years on, she's built a following of two million across her platforms, and Role Model is the first time she's taking that presence and putting it into a proper stand-up show. It's a debut in the truest senseβher first full hour, rather than a series of clips or a short set.
She's not entirely new to the stage, though. She's appeared on BBC, ITV2, Comedy Central and Channel 4, and has supported Phil Wang and Russell Kane, so she's spent plenty of time working her material in front of live crowds before this. The show itself is titled Role Model, and there's a bit of a warning attached to it: she's suggested it might not be exactly what her online fans expect from her. If you've only seen the clips, this is the full-length version, and it sounds like she's not playing it safe with the transition from screen to stage.
