A three-course dinner inspired by Dolly Parton at The Ivy, part of a UK and Ireland tour, featuring live entertainment and a tableside flambéed crème brûlée.
The Ivy in The Lanes is hosting A Night Of Dolly Parton on Tuesday 6 October, part of a wider run from Friday 25 September to Friday 9 October. It's a three-course dinner inspired by the late Dolly Parton, the 'Queen of Country', and it's one of several music-themed evenings The Ivy Collection is rolling out across the UK and Ireland.
The night pairs a three-course menu with live entertainment celebrating Parton's catalogue, so you'll have the music running alongside the meal rather than as a separate act. The food is themed around her, and the whole thing finishes with a tableside flambéed crème brûlée. It's a tribute to her larger-than-life style, bringing a bit of Nashville to the Lanes.
This is the first in a new series called 'A Night Of...', which The Ivy Collection is building around some of the biggest names in music. The series runs until 9 December, with several other music legend-inspired evenings to follow, so this Dolly Parton instalment is just the start of the run. If you're into the format, there'll be more like it coming later in the autumn.
