Brighton's Latino Fest is back for its autumn run, and it's the one that's actually still to come. The club night, run by Reggaeton Party (Adrian Storry Events), lands at Concorde 2 on Madeira Drive over two nights: Friday 2 October from 7pm and Saturday 3 October from 3pm. It's part of a wider UK tour that's already stopped in London, Newcastle and Edinburgh, so Brighton is one of the later dates on the circuit.

The format is the same two-room split that's become the night's trademark. Room one leans into the heavier beats — reggaeton, dembow, Latin pop and baile funk — while room two hands over to bachata, salsa and merengue from 11pm to 2am. The playlist pulls from the biggest names in the genre: Daddy Yankee, Maluma, Feid, Peso Pluma, Karol G, Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, Romeo Santos, Marc Anthony and Celia Cruz, among many others. Tickets run from £7 to £13.10, and there's a free entry offer if your birthday falls between 22 September and 12 October — you just need to email latinofestuk@gmail.com with the subject 'Latino Fest Brighton October'.
A few things are worth knowing before you commit. It's strictly 18+, so no ID means no entry, and there are no refunds once you've bought. On the bar, there's a £3 deal on Corona and Amigos and two-for-one Jose Cuervo tequila shots. If you're planning to make a night of it, the venue's location is half the appeal: Concorde 2 sits on Madeira Drive in Kemp Town, opposite the Palace Pier, so you're right on the seafront. From Brighton station, the walk is straightforward — straight out towards the sea along Queens Road, left along the seafront, past Brighton Pier and then along the promenade for about 15 to 20 minutes. If you drive, there's free parking outside after 6pm.
The venue itself has a bit of history that fits the night. Concorde 2 is a classic Victorian building that started life as tea rooms in the 1800s, turned into a notorious bikers cafe in the 1960s, became an amusement arcade in the 1970s and was finally rebuilt into the club it is now back in 2000. It holds around 600 people, which keeps it feeling full without becoming a crush, and it's one of the more characterful rooms on the south coast for a night like this. It's worth remembering that this is the club version of the brand, not the big outdoor festival. The Latino Life in the Park event, the UK's largest Latin music festival, was the one that took over Walpole Park in London back in July with four stages, a 500-strong folk parade and food from across the continent. What lands in Brighton in October is the club night that carries that same energy — two rooms, a long list of Latin hits and a night that runs well into the early hours. If you've been waiting for the Latin scene to come to the south coast, this is the date to circle.
