The HU brings their unique soundscape and majestic performance to Bournemouth as part of their Warrior Chant Tour, supported by SKÁLD.
The HU play the O2 Academy Bournemouth on Friday 2 October, part of their Warrior Chant Tour. They're bringing their Mongolian folk-metal sound to the South Coast as part of a wider run across the UK and Europe that kicks off in September.
The tour comes with a new setlist, which the band describes as full of hope and energy, and a revamped stage setup that keeps the same attitude they've always had. It's a bit of a shift from their earlier work, and the new material sits alongside the songs that made them known in the first place. They're joined on the bill by SKÁLD, so there's a second act to the night before the main set.
It's been a busy year for them. Before this UK and European leg, they spent May and June on a joint tour with Apocalyptica, and they also played the Freaks On Parade tour in the US alongside Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Orgy. By the time they reach Bournemouth, they'll have a fair bit of live mileage behind them.
