A comedy night headlined by Paddy Lennox and Matt Foster, with Johnny Wardlow and Alex Camp, presented by The Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club.
Paddy Lennox and Matt Foster are playing the Bournemouth Pavilion on Friday 18 September, part of a night put on by The Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club. They're the two main names on the bill, but the night doesn't stop there — Johnny Wardlow and Alex Camp are also on, so it's a full line-up rather than just a couple of sets.
Lennox is an Irish comedian who's worked all over the world, and he's as comfortable on screen as he is on stage. You might recognise him from Holby City and Doctors, and he's appeared on BBC Radio 4 too. He's described as having that rare Irish quality of being instantly likeable, which usually means the kind of set that wins you over before you've even realised you're laughing.
Foster brings a different background to the mix. He's a UK-based Canadian who started his career as a drummer before moving into stand-up. He was quickly signed by Yuk Yuk's Comedy, Canada's largest comedy club chain, and now performs internationally. Between the two of them, you've got a good bit of ground covered — one coming from the Irish circuit and the other from the North American one.

The supporting acts add their own colour to the night. Johnny Wardlow is a veteran of the UK and New York circuits, including Comic Strip Live, and is known for his sensational stories and distinctive voice. He's also appeared on the BBC New Comedy Awards and BBC Radio 2 and 4. Alex Camp brings something different entirely: comedy songs, which earned him a Best Variety Show nomination at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2024.
It's a Friday night, so it works as a proper night out. The show starts at 8pm, with doors opening at 7.30pm, so there's plenty of time to get in and settled. Tickets are £23.25 in advance or £25 on the door.
