Closeup Comedy at Herbert's Yard with Kane Brown

Closeup Comedy are back at Herbert's Yard on Wednesday 25 November, with Kane Brown on the bill. It's one of their regular nights in the city, and this one falls on a midweek evening.

If you're not familiar with them, Closeup Comedy bills itself as the Midlands' biggest pop-up comedy brand and South Birmingham's number one comedy night. They run two of the city's most exciting venues, Hockley Social Club and Herbert's Yard, and they've welcomed a fair few names through the door over the years: Larry Dean, Lindsey Santoro, Angelos Epithemiou, Scott Bennett, Paul McCaffrey, Eshaan Akbar, Andrew Ryan and Eric Rushton. This night is dog friendly, though they don't particularly encourage it, and last orders for food are at 7.45pm.

Herbert's Yard is in Longbridge, at 49 Austin Way, B31 2QR. The show starts at 8pm, but the doors open at 6pm for street food and drinks, so you can get in early and eat before the comedy kicks off. Tickets started from £20, and the night is currently sold out.
