If you have little ones at home, the date to circle is Wednesday 31 March 2027, when The Wiggles bring their Sparkle! BIG SHOW to Utilita Arena Birmingham. It is a morning session, starting at 10:00am with doors opening at 9:00am, so it fits neatly before lunch rather than eating into the evening. The arena, on King Edwards Road, sits on Birmingham's canal network a few minutes from the city centre and holds more than 15,000 people, so it is built for a crowd of this size.

The line-up is the full Wiggles family: Anthony and Lucia on blue, Tsehay and Evie on yellow, Simon and Caterina on red, and Lachy and John on purple, plus Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, Captain Feathersword and the Tree of Wisdom. The show is billed as a big family production, with lighting displays, giant singalongs and interactive surprises, so it is built for everyone to join in rather than just sit and watch.
On tickets, the basics are straightforward. They go through Ticketek or Ticketmaster, with a limit of eight per transaction. Children over 12 months need a valid ticket; under-12-month-olds go free on a parent's lap. Anyone under 14 must be with an adult aged 18 or over who also has a ticket, while 14s and over can come on their own. If you want to go the extra mile, the Hospitality Centre runs a range of VIP packages for the arena, from a Premium Family Park & Lounge with priority entry and pre-booked parking to full-on private suites and all-inclusive dining. VIP tickets are issued up to seven days before the show and can be shown on a mobile, so there is no need to print anything off.
For accessibility, the arena covers a lot of ground: Companion Card holders get free entry, and there is easy-access seating, hearing-impaired assistance, a sign-language interpreter at the 10am session, vision-impaired support with guide dogs and wheelchair-accessible facilities. For any of that, the box office on 0800 640 5001 is the place to sort it out.
A few practical notes before you head in. All bags are searched, and they need to be no bigger than A4 — 21cm by 30cm by 19cm, with a maximum of two compartments, so rucksacks are a no. Outside food and drink are not permitted, though small packed lunches for children and one sealed water bottle per person are fine. Prams, strollers and baby capsules cannot go into the main arena auditorium, but there is a free pram parking area working on a first-in, first-out basis. Professional photography and flash are not allowed, and the venue is mostly cashless, taking major credit cards, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Android Pay. There is a cloakroom for a £10 charge if you need to stash a coat.
Getting there is easy. The arena is well served by the M5, M40, M1 and M6, with signposting at every entrance and B1 2AA for your sat-nav, and parking can be pre-booked through the arena's own website. By train, Birmingham New Street is the closest, followed by Five Ways, Moor Street and Snow Hill, with New Street and Snow Hill both about ten minutes away on foot. If you need the box office, the number is 0844 581 1331, and it usually opens at 4pm on performance days, with tickets sold at the Resorts World Arena and Utilita Arena offices only on the day.
