An outdoor wellness series featuring yoga, pilates, HIIT classes, live music, cold plunges, vendors and raffles in Republic Square Park.
YTX Yoga Austin is bringing back the YTX Summer Sunset Series to Republic Square Park on Tuesday nights this summer, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. It's an outdoor program that's hit its 10th edition, run by YTX in partnership with the Downtown Austin Alliance. The whole thing is built around layering yoga, music, and community in the open air of Republic Square, with each session led by a YTX instructor and accompanied by a live musician or DJ.
It's not just yoga, either. The series includes Pilates and HIIT classes presented by Bloom, and the evenings round out with cold plunges, vendors, and raffles. Dogs, friends, and family are all welcome, so it's as much a social thing as a workout. Paid street and garage parking is available around the park, which makes getting to Republic Square pretty straightforward.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Austin and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

If you're new to it, the format is simple: a free class in the park with a live soundtrack, and a few other things to do around the edges. It's a good way to spend a Tuesday evening outdoors in the city. The sessions run from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Republic Square Park, 422 Guadalupe Street, and it's free for everyone to attend, though donations are accepted if you feel like giving. Just bring your mat and a friend.
