Live music performance by Warren Hood at The ABGB as part of the All Good in the Hood series.
Warren Hood plays The ABGB on Wednesday, August 26, from 7 PM to 9 PM. If you've spent any time in the Austin music scene, you've likely come across his name. He's a fiddle player, singer, and songwriter known for a soulful style and virtuosic playing that's hard to pin to one genre. He's a Berklee College of Music graduate and has shared the stage with Lyle Lovett and Alejandro Escovedo, and he leads his own band.
This isn't a one-off show. Hood has held a weekly Wednesday residency at The ABGB for more than a decade, and that live setting is exactly what produced his recent live album. The night is part of the venue's 'All Good in the Hood' series, which is open to all ages.
