Weekly trivia night hosted by TRIVIA512 at Lou's East, with five themed rounds and a $50 Lou's voucher prize.
Lou's East hosts trivia every Wednesday night, from 8 PM to 10:15 PM, at 1900 E Cesar Chavez St in East Austin. It's run by TRIVIA512, the same crew that stages several trivia nights across the city, so if you've played one of their other games, you know the drill. It's free to play, which is the best partβyou just show up and compete without having to put any skin in the game.
The format is pretty straightforward: teams of up to six go head-to-head through five themed rounds. The themes change, so you'll never quite know what you're walking into until the night gets moving. There's no sign-up process to worry about, either. You just arrive a little early, grab a table, and pick up a pack of answer sheets and a pencil from the host table. From there, it's just you and your team working through the rounds.
Every week we pick π the 5 best π things to do in Austin and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

If you come out on top, the first prize is a $50 Lou's voucher, which is a nice enough reward for a Wednesday night. Since it's a weekly thing, it's easy to turn into a regular mid-week tradition with a few friends. It runs every Wednesday from 8 PM to 10:15 PM at Lou's East, 1900 E Cesar Chavez St, and it's always free to play.
