Triangle Food and Artisan Market Launch

The Triangle Food and Artisan Market launches this Sunday, September 13, at The Triangle Commons Pocket Park (722 W. 45th St.), and it's not just a one-off. The market is presented by Jennifer Kloss and will run every Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, rain or shine, so if you miss the opening, you've got the next one to look forward to.

What makes it worth the trip is the scale. There are more than 40 local food and artisan vendors gathered in one spot, and the variety covers a lot of ground. On the food side, you'll find specialty foods and drinks, local meats, baked goods, and fresh produce. If you're shopping for the house, there are plants and flowers, home goods, and gourmet coffee. And then there's the artisan side: jewelry, apparel, and local art. It's the kind of setup where you can grab breakfast, pick up some fresh flowers, and browse a few makers without having to drive all over town.
