Toto, Christopher Cross and The Romantics perform live at the Terma Insurance Amphitheater at Circuit of The Americas in Austin.
Toto, Christopher Cross, and The Romantics are playing together at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater on Saturday, August 8, with the show starting at 6:45 PM. It's one stop on a 32-show North American tour produced by Live Nation that runs from July 15 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, New York, through August 30 at the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto.
Toto is the main draw here. Led by Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams, they're one of the few bands from the 70s still fully relevant after more than 48 years. The numbers back that up: they've drawn over half a million fans at concerts and more than a billion streams this year alone. Their biggest song, "Africa," has passed two billion plays on Spotify and is RIAA certified Diamond.
Christopher Cross joins as a special guest. He burst onto the scene with his 1980 self-titled debut, which won five Grammys, including the "Big Four": Record, Album, and Song of the Year, and Best New Artist. Since then, he's sold more than 12 million albums and picked up an Oscar, a Golden Globe, and an Emmy nomination.

The Romantics round out the bill. They formed on Valentine's Day 1977 on Detroit's east side and sent "What I Like About You," "Talking In Your Sleep," and "One In A Million" into the MTV era. Between the three acts, you've got a lot of ground covered from the late 70s and early 80s, and they're all playing the same night.
If you're heading out, the show is at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater at Circuit of The Americas, 9201 Circuit of the Americas Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78617, starting at 6:45 PM on Saturday, August 8.
