Live concert by the American rock band Thee Oh Sees at the Hotel Vegas in Austin.
Thee Oh Sees play Hotel Vegas on Saturday, October 31, 2026, with the show starting at 6 PM. It's a Halloween night date, and they're the only name on the bill.
If you're not familiar with them, Thee Oh Sees—also styled Osees—are an American rock band that started in San Francisco in 1997 and now call Los Angeles home. The current lineup is built around primary songwriter and core member John Dwyer on vocals and guitar, with Tim Hellman on bass, Dan Rincon and Paul Quattrone on drums, and Tomas Dolas on keyboards. That's two drummers on stage at once, which is a good way to get a sense of how they approach a live set.
Their sound pulls from a wide range of rock: 1960s garage and psychedelic rock, punk, noise rock, art punk, and 1980s post-punk. What began as an outlet for Dwyer's experimental home recordings grew into a full group known for a prolific discography, energetic live shows, and a whimsical visual aesthetic. They've changed name and lineup several times over the years, having previously gone by Orinoka Crash Suite, OCS, Orange County Sound, The Ohsees, and The Oh Sees.
