The Red Room at Cap City: Winston Hodges

Winston Hodges is playing Cap City Comedy Club on Friday, November 27, 2026, as part of The Red Room at Cap City. It's a late one, with the show starting at 9:45 PM.

Hodges comes to Austin from DC by way of Richmond, Virginia, and has spent time touring the East Coast with a style he describes as a mix of Southern charm and edgy wit. If you've come across his name before, it might be from Don't Tell Comedy's Secret Sets, where he was featured, or from Kevin Hart's Funny AF on Netflix. That was a competition that started with thousands of applicants and 44 original competitors, and Hodges finished in the top six. Since then, his videos have gathered more than 30 million views online.

He's performing at Cap City Comedy Club, an Austin institution that books touring headliners alongside local showcases and stages the city's annual Funniest Person in Austin contest. The club is located at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace, Bldg B Unit 100, in The Domain. One thing to keep in mind before you head out: the room is strictly 18+.

So, that's the setup: Winston Hodges on Friday, November 27, at 9:45 PM at Cap City Comedy Club in The Domain. It's an 18+ show.
