The Austin Flea market featuring handmade and vintage goods, with craft beer, food trucks and family-friendly activities.
The Austin Flea is popping up at Meanwhile Brewing Company on Sunday, October 4, from 12 PM to 5 PM. It's a day for local makers, with a hand-picked selection of handmade and vintage goods gathered in one spot.
The lineup for this one runs across a few different categories. You'll find Indigo + Lily Botanicals, PINK FLAMINGO CANDLE, and Sednova's Creations on the bath, body, and candle side of things, alongside Mi Luz Jewelry and LottiePopClub for accessories. There's home and art too: Pan HuasTexas, Wood N Yarn, and Printmaker Matt, plus Mbodi, CigarroLuz, and Crunchy Co 3D. It's a mix of original artwork, jewelry, textiles, home decor, pottery, and vintage finds.
That curation is the whole point of the Flea. They've been gathering Austin's makers since 2008, and they keep a strict rule against imports and mass-produced items—everything you see is made by hand or sourced as vintage. If you can't make it in person, they also run a Virtual Flea for shopping online, and artists can apply to vend at upcoming shows.
