Sincere Engineer - The Probable Claws Tour

Sincere Engineer play Antone's on Wednesday, July 22, as part of their Probable Claws tour. They're bringing along Sulynn Hago and Smug LLC to open the night.

The set is built around Probable Claws, the band's fourth full-length album. They recorded the whole thing at Electrical Audio in Chicago, the studio run by the late Steve Albini and the birthplace of hundreds of independent records. It's a particular kind of room, and that's where the new material comes from. Frontwoman Deanna Belos continues to work the same introspective ground she's covered on her previous records, so if you've followed her writing before, this will feel like a continuation of that thread.
