If you haven't spent much time there, Jupiter Supper Club is a plant-forward dining spot on South Congress run by Tiffany and Paul Deemer. They serve chef-driven, seasonal cuisine with vegan, vegetarian and omnivore options, so it's a place where you can eat a full meal before or after the music. The room is a maximalist luxury setting spread across four distinct spaces—the Clock Bar, the Atrium, the Mars Library and the Nova Lounge—each with its own character. A craft cocktail bar and live music are regulars here.
Membership is a curated circle of the founders' friends and acquaintances and is currently closed, but walk-ins are welcome, so you don't need to be a member to get in. The Nova Lounge stage hosts live performances on Fridays and Saturdays, and the venue is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 PM until late. Dougherty's show falls on a Wednesday, which is a bit different from their usual weekend live music schedule.
