Sahara Quartet are back at The Aristocrat Lounge on Tuesday, July 28, for a night of local live jazz. They'll be playing as Sahara Quartet & Friends, and the session is open to all ages, so you can bring the kids along if you're out with the family.
If you can't make this one, they're doing it again two weeks later on Tuesday, August 11. Both dates start at 7 PM, and the lounge is over in Midtown at 6507 Burnet Rd, 78757. It's a Tuesday night, so it's a mid-week jazz outing rather than a weekend crowd.
With the "& Friends" part of the name, the night is built around the quartet bringing in other local players to sit in. It's a live jazz session, so you'll have drinks at the bar and the music going throughout the evening. Since it's all ages, it works as a low-key night out regardless of who you're bringing with you.
