Since then, it's grown into a major fixture of the Austin scene, pulling in a diverse lineup of national and international acts with a primary focus on psychedelic rock and its related genres. Mohawk is at 912 Red River St, right in the heart of the Red River District, so it's easy to get to if you're already downtown. The show is on a Saturday night, and with a 7 PM start, it's an early one—plenty of time to hang around before and after.
